Each route has its own complete implementation shape. Buying one does not commit the school to an immediate whole-school rollout.

Choose the band, protect the weekly slot, prepare the delivering staff and provision reviewed packages through school controls.
Begin with real departmental work.
Select initial departments, compile existing assignments, agree the custody boundary and moderate the first work records together.
Sequence teaching and transfer.
Introduce the shared method, then schedule subject transfer and human review points without replacing departmental criteria.
What implementation includes

The product does not treat implementation as a login and a slide deck. The school needs curriculum, people, governance and access decisions to line up.

Use session scripts, exemplars, moderation routines and teacher practice before asking staff to improvise.

Configure roles, providers, AI permissions, data retention, safeguarding, access routes and shutdown conditions.
Make participation equal.
Provide equivalent routes across media, AI-off completion, low-spec devices and no required home connectivity or public exposure.

Review curriculum coverage, staff workload and work evidence without converting platform use into an impact claim.

The product can be ready while activation stays safely off.
Commercial availability does not switch on live student AI. School, safeguarding, data, provider and release conditions remain explicit gates.
